Why are all the designer handbags sold here so cheap? Are they real?
Yes. All the designer products we carry are real and authentic. We do not sell fake or replica items.
The reason why we are able to sell these cheap is because of our low over head (no store rental to pay), and
because we get some sort of close out items from various retail chains and wholesalers.
How can I tell if you sell real and authentic designer handbags?
It is understandable that you have doubts on authenticity of products being sold online. All the items that we sell come with some sort of authenticity cards and/or original tags. Most of the Coach products come with serial number leather patch on the inside. (Although there is a small portion,especially smaller items that don't).
We also have a 14 days no restocking fee return policy. If you have are not 100% satisified, please contact us and
arrange for a return. There will be NO restocking fee if you return within 14 days.
Are you located in United States?
Yes! We are located in United States, and we ship all our items from United States.
Are your prices in US dollar?
Yes! the prices shown on the site are in US Dollars. If you need to convert to your local currency, please use Yahoo! Currency Converter
How can I be sure that handbag or cosmetic that I'm buying is in stock and will be shipped promptly?
All the items on our web site that has "Add to Cart" button has at least one stock. So generally speaking if an item has a "Add to Cart" button
then you can be assure that we reserve that item for you as soon as you're order is complete and will be shipped out ASAP. We do not do back orders like other web sites.
Why are some of items out of stock?
We rotate our inventory very quickly. Generally we put in new styles and different items almost on daily basis, and we sold out of items on daily basis as well.
In order for us to avoid over-selling (back-ordering) we only sell items
that we have in stock and our system automatically updates the inventory and mark as out of stock as soon as someone buys that last item.
So please be quick in making a purchase if you see something you like because it might be gone
the next minute if another customer purchased it and most of the time, we are not able to replenish the same product
again.
Can I buy a handbag that is showing out of stock?
No. If we are showing on our web site as out of stock, it means we do not have any more to ship out so we do not allow
our customers to make a purchase. You can however, let us know that you are looking to get the item by emailing us through contact form
and we will do our best to source it out for you.

How do I know if my order went through?
Our web site will give you a confirmation page saying "Thank you for your order" along with your receipt number. An email
containing your order details is also sent at the same time automatically.
If you are unsure if your order had gone through and did not get a receipt confirmation page while ordering, please contact us.
I did not receive any order confirmation email, why?
First please make sure that we have your correct email address. If you're sure that your email is correct
and did not get your receipt email, please do the following:
Check the spam/bulk folder.
Be sure to add "support@fashfire.com" as a "white listed", "authorized sender".
Please add "support@fashfire.com" in your address book of your email serivce provider.
If you find our email in spam/bulk folder, please be sure to mark it as not spam.

Where are you shipping the products from?
We are located in Oklahoma, and we ship the products from Oklahoma, United States.
How fast do you ship?
Generally, we ship all orders that are placed before 9pm Central on a business day, the same night or the next morning.
How would I know if my order has been shipped?
An email with a tracking number and a link will be sent to your registered email once an order is shipped. Using that link, you will be able to track your package.
How much is your shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping per item regardless of weight or size of the handbag or cosmetic.
